UK DELIVERY
Standard delivery: £2.99 5-7 working days. Free for orders £100 or more.
Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
Next day delivery: £4.99
Next working day if ordered before 11am Monday to Thursday. Please note this service does not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.
RETURNS POLICY
We have a 28 day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. Christmas gift purchases made from 1st Nov up until Christmas can be returned/exchanged up until 30th January,
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you wish to exchange your product we would be happy to pay for your return with free next day delivery of a new size. Please email us at team@myurbantrail.com with your exchange request.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you have not received the refund within 10 days please contact us at team@myurbantrail.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
