FAQs
Not sure which length to choose? Check our size guide for inside leg measurements, then pair your leggings with a thermal top and a cosy fleece, and you're ready for any winter adventure! Here are the questions you ask us most about our thermal leggings.
What's the difference between thermal and standard TRAILBLAZER leggings?
The thermals have a cosy brushed fleece lining. Everything else you love is the same: the cut, waistband, side pockets and squat-proof fabric of our standard leggings.
How warm are the thermal leggings?
Very warm! The brushed fleece lining keeps your legs toasty in temperatures down to -7°C.
Should I size down in thermal leggings?
Our leggings are super stretchy, so most of you size down (a UK 12 usually takes a S and a UK 14 a M). Lots of reviewers say the thermals come up slightly bigger than our standard style.

What lengths are available?
We have 25" petite, standard and 34" tall available. Colours vary by length.
Can I wear them under waterproof trousers or a ski suit?
Yes! They make a brilliant base layer under waterproofs or salopettes, and look great on their own on dry, cold days.
Are the thermal leggings waterproof?
No. They're sweat-wicking but not waterproof, just like our original design.
How should I wash my thermal leggings?
Turn them inside out, wash at 30°C and skip the tumble dryer. Keeping them away from Velcro on jackets and bags will help them look their best for longer.
